Summary
Cyrelle is on cordial, perhaps even friendly, terms with the Jarl of Whiterun. Whenever she returns to her home in the city, she always makes sure to stop by Dragonsreach to update the Jarl and his advisors on everything she's learned and seen during her travels through Skyrim. Even if it's cold, or in the middle of the night, she makes sure to visit the keep.
On one such night, she arrives at Dragonsreach to find the Jarl is awake, and alone, save for the company of a bottle of wine. She offers to lend her ear, to allow him to open up and share whatever it is that troubles him.
By the time she leaves Dragonsreach in the early hours of the morning, the Dragonborn and Jarl had shared quite a bit between the two of them.
