Summary
The vampire and werewolf communities in Wellington are at each others' throats again after a period of peace. They go to a witch arbiter as a last resort. But her solution is a bit more extreme than any of them ever intended.
Anton and Viago find themselves in each others' bodies and are forced to live the lives of their enemies while trying to find a way to bring peace. That's the only way they have any chance of getting their own lives back.
But Viago finds being alive again with all the senses of a werewolf to be quite intoxicating. And Anton finds his new vampiric life seductive, especially since he's unburdened from the responsibility of being packmaster. Add to that a rising attraction and appreciation for each other, and it all adds up to an interesting scenario.

Viago gets dumped by the love of his afterlife, and everyone does their level (terrible) best to help him move on. Anton knows a thing or two about not getting the life you thought you were going to have. The camera crew are back to film every moment of it. More or less.
“Katherine left Viago a note.” Deacon says, turning to the camera and making a face as a moan of anguish echoes from behind the closed door of Viago’s chamber. “It seems that she met a younger man at the bingo hall, and they have- well, not ‘run’ away, because I do not think he can run with that metal frame thing he has to use to get about but- they have left.”
A crash comes from inside the room, and then more heartbroken crying.
Deacon winces. “Vladislav is comforting him.”
“We could just kill her if you like-” Vladislav can be heard saying.

"Hey." Ed reaches across because it's the only thing that feels right. He grasps Stede's wrist and smoothes the pad of his thumb across his knuckles. Stede stops fiddling with his ring and looks up at him, wide-eyed. "This isn't Captain shit. This is God shit. Are you God?"
The room is blank with silence.
Gently, Ed repeats, "Are you God, Stede?"
Stede's voice is thin and high when he answers, "I'm not God."
"And is God here, in this room?"
Comically, Stede looks around like he might find God perched on the edge of his desk, or pulling books from his shelves to examine the spines.
"He's not," Stede concedes.
"That's right, mate. Stupid bugger doesn't associate himself with pirates."

Their assurance comes in the form of a prince offered up in marriage to the White Wolf, appointed King of the Witchers.
