The sun comes in patches, sneaking through the curtains that Andrew keeps hastily closed most of the time. Usually, it’s never enough to wake Andrew, not with the way he keeps his back plastered firmly to the wall, the sun always skips over him - lighting the other side of his bed instead and the rest of his room.
It’s different now though.
Now he isn’t sleeping in his bed alone.

Summary
In the back of Andrew’s mind, he already knew the identity of the serial killer Nathaniel Wesiniski. It was impossible to not know. But he didn’t want to. He couldn’t.
It couldn’t be true.
But of course, it was.
Because Neil Josten was too perfect to be innocent.
(Little side note, some things about the characters are different; Aaron, Andrew, and Neil's heights have been changed to ones that are more realistic for their personalities lol, Andrew has grown out of his hatred for people as well as his inability to be touched {he is still sensitive about it, but he is okay with Neil feeling him up}, actually since this is a time skip, a lot of the characters are older and they have grown out of a few things. Just felt that adding this little note was a good idea!)

Summary
Neil is nothing and everything all at once, the entire universe for Andrew, however small of a universe that is. Even Aaron is starting to see it, though the pieces still don't line up.
And Andrew is trying to convince Aaron that he's never jealous? Yeah right. You don't spend your entire life being denied, being hurt, going through foster care with nothing to call your own only to be okay with someone else trying to take the one bright piece of life you call yours.
Or, Aaron is done with Andrew's shit and makes it his job to prove his brother wrong.
