Denki curves his fingers around Shigaraki’s face instead, and they all stand there a while, Dabi and Twice watching the heroes while Denki comforts the most powerful villain short of All for One that Hawks has ever seen.
“What the fuck,” Hawks says, to no one in particular, hovering above the scene in shock.
Shigaraki just dusted one of his own guys to protect a little twink hero they kidnapped a few months ago.
“What the fuck,” Hawks says again, but it does not help.
