   Summary

   Two years after the FBI rescues them from the island, most of the Unsinkable Eight are living near each other in California. Nobody has seen or heard from Shelby in over a year ever since a conflict at the trial.

   Toni and Dot are working as paramedics when they get an unexpected call that brings Shelby back into their lives and changes their perception of what happened out on the island.
