In 1963, the Winter Soldier was assigned to train the new project 'the Glacial Spider'. A biologically modified 14 year old boy found in the streets of Queens, New York City. The training with the Winter Soldier was postponed for a later date, as the Glacial Spider compromised the Soldier's composure, making it lash out.
1966, the Glacial Spider has been reported to be more obedient and behaved. The Winter Soldier has been reassigned to the training, as the risk of retaliation diminishing. It is planned that the Glacial Spider will train until 1968, with it undergoing its first cryostasis.
