Summary
“Cold,” El says when they’re about halfway to Joyce’s.
“You cold, kiddo?” Jim asks.
“Not me,” El says. “He is.” She points out the window, and Jim follows her gaze. He thinks there’s a car, although it’s hard to be sure, parked on the side of the road up ahead.
He parks behind it and steps out. Immediately, he’s assaulted by a flurry of snowflakes carried on an ice cold wind.
He huffs in annoyance, and hurries forward to check out the car ahead. And then he blinks.
It’s covered in a layer of snow, but still Jim recognises a very familiar blue Camaro.

Needless to say, his dead brother's ghost that only he could see was so not what he needed this week.

Now I don’t cry when readin fics, but then again… honestly fuck you author you horrible bastard I had a horrible time and it was a wonderful fic and it was beautiful and I don’t know why anyone would write that or read that even. I read it in one sitting, but this is the last I tell you. I now know I hate grieving fics and bittersweet endings and I already knew but I’m off to read beautiful fix it fics because I’m sad sad sad YOU BASTARD I wanted angst abt the twins and I was purposefully avoiding shit like this but I don’t know what happened I read it and it was worse than I thought it’d be because this fic was better than I thought it’d be.
This is a bookmark so I doubt our dearest author is reading it, but if you are… good job. Nicely done, it was absolutely lovely. You sadist.

Contrary to popular belief, Cameron knows that Ferris isn't real. He's always known, from when he was a very small child and Ferris first walked into his life. It was a rainy day, and as usual, Cameron was alone. Ferris appeared with as much charisma as the Cat in the Hat and Cameron was ruined for life.
