Summary
“I barely remember what it’s like going down on a lady. Whitaker gets more ass than me lately,” Trinity whines. “And our walls are mad thin.”
A chorus of hoots and hollers is drowned out against Mel’s earplugs. She winces a little, but the distraction makes her feel safe enough to blurt out, “I’ve never had that happen to me before.”
An addition to the conversation between her colleagues at hand—her experience, or lack thereof lately, with sexual relationships. But Trinity makes a strangled sound from behind her glass, brows furrowed as she swallows her coughs down frantically. She resurfaces, wipes the stray liquid from her pink mouth. Her eyes swivel to Mel. They’re glossy in the bar lighting, face flushed from the alcohol.
“You’ve never been laid?”
Mel shakes her head. A simple curt gesture as her thick brows furrow. “No one has ever performed oral sex on me before.”
or, Trinity offers Mel a proposition. Mel can't say no. (It spirals from there).

"The National City Lakehawks," Jack says. He flips the cover of the binder over. "Who is this?"
“Kara Danvers,” Lena answers. It’s the only player she can name off the team at this point and that’s only because any sort of research into the Lakehawks seems to start and end with the same girl.
OR
The fic where Lena inherits the National City Lakehawks from her wayward brother and meets Kara Danvers, star player.

Summary
"No matter how desperate I get," Shadowheart says through gritted teeth, "I'm not that desperate."
But her body is betraying her. It's responding to Lae'zel's suggestion, rising like a well-stoked fire, and Lae'zel lowers herself to the ground near Shadowheart's feet. Shadowheart's legs shift to accommodate her in an instinct so bone-deep that she can't stop it before Lae'zel is filling the space.
"Give in to your desires, istik. Submit to me. In my experience," Lae'zel says, crawling slowly up Shadowheart's willing body, "the hatred will only make it sweeter."
And then Shadowheart is being kissed so thoroughly that she forgets her own name.
OR
Shadowheart doesn't know much about her past, or her future, or even who she is beyond what Shar asks of her. But she knows one thing. She hates Lae'zel. She hates her so much that the gith hardly leaves her mind, and there's nothing that could possibly change that.
A tale of misplaced hatred, building trust, and finding new purpose.

Summary
“When did you realize you were gay?” Haley asks.
Cameron nearly hits her head on the bed frame they’re trying to build. Donna would be better at this, but she’s on a business trip, somewhere in New York doing interviews about how great Phoenix could be. Cameron would much rather be here, in Haley’s bedroom with the windows open because it’s warming up again, the sun shining through the blinds.
“I’m not gay,” Cameron says, slowly. She doesn’t know the protocol here. They all assumed, but Haley hasn’t told them yet and Donna is the one who read all the books about what to do when your kid is gay.
