Summary
“Can you… hear me?”
The man’s head didn’t move. But those eyes tracked him like a hawk. And then—barely perceptible—he nodded.
Tim’s heart thudded. “Who are you?”
The figure opened his mouth. His lips moved, soundlessly. Bubbles rose to the surface of the tank.
Nothing.
Then—behind Tim—his garbage cart crackled.
The analog radio, buried beneath fake trash bags and cleaning supplies, sparked to life with a burst of static. The dial began to shift wildly, skipping from frequency to frequency—AM, FM, even emergency bands—cycling like a roulette wheel possessed.
“–chaos in the eastern– skrrttt –we’ve got heavy– kkktt –three-two-Delta– skzzzhhh –Help... me…”
Tim’s blood turned to ice.

Summary
Phantom’s claws tighten against Tim’s back in subtle warning. His voice slides through the air, velvet and steel all at once: "Pleased to see me… and my Temporary Consort."
The word lands like thunder.
Tim freezes. Consort. It's exactly what he was aiming for when he propositioned Phantom the night before and still, to hear it out loud feels final. He's taken a step out into the unknown and has yet to find if there's something there to actually support him.
The shift in the air is immediate—murmurs, restrained outrage, a spike of cold hostility that presses in from every side.
Phantom only smiles wider, lowering his head until his lips brush Tim’s ear. His whisper is a growl, a caress, a threat all in one. "Stand tall, little bird. Let them look… and know you are mine."

Summary
Dick’s mouth twists into something feral, teeth bared in a grin that’s half threat, half promise. He tugs Tim flush against him until their breaths mingle, voice low and dangerous. “That’s exactly what we’ll do—we’ll drag both of them back from wherever the hell they slipped off to, and we’ll make them answer. Alive. Breathing. Explaining.”
Tim’s hands fumble in Dick’s hair, clutching like a lifeline. “You won’t kill him,” he snaps, urgent, hoarse. “I want him. I want to keep him.”
For a breath the room holds still. Then Dick’s expression shifts — something softer and almost tender under the surface. He mulls it, thumb rubbing over the tense muscle at Tim’s hip.
“Fine,” he says finally, low and absolute. “We bring them back. We question them until they confess the truth. You get yours— use him for whatever you want. I get mine too. If either of them hurts you, I gut them myself.”

Summary
Most people will call Danny stupid for giving away his core, especially to someone who isn't fully dead. His core is the source of his soul; if someone has it, they can control him, kill him even. As King of the Infinite Realms it is incredibly risky to keep it anywhere other than inside his chest.
Most people haven't met Tim Drake-Wayne.
In the beginning, when word first got out about who the core around Tim's neck belongs to, there were all sorts of machinations. People who sought to get on Tim's good side so that they could guide his hand in controlling Danny. People who sought to simply take it from him and use it themselves. It was a hectic time, full of protests from many of his inner court and his own stressed instincts over Tim being in danger. Danny shattered a lot of cores, back then. Tim preferred to shatter in other ways unless absolutely necessary; that was where people tended to go wrong.
People are scared of Danny for his power and terror-filled form. They often forget to be scared of the one that stands at his side.

Summary
Tim squinted. “Are you a ghost or just a very committed cosplayer?”
“Uhh...” The ghost winced. “Yes?”
Tim pinched the bridge of his nose and groaned. “Great. I get stuck in traffic, miss dinner, and now I’ve got spectral visitors with stage fright.”
“Hey,” the ghost protested weakly. “I was trying to be spooky, but you looked like you’d punch me if I breathed wrong.”
“No offense,” Tim said, “but I’ve seen scarier things in my inbox.”

Summary
Humans believed themselves to sit upon the pinnacle of the food chain. They boasted of their conquests, claiming victory over lions and cheetahs, over sharks and serpents, as though such feats proved their supremacy. Yet beneath that pride lay a fatal flaw. Their rule was an illusion, fragile as glass. For in truth, humanity dwelled not at the summit, but at the base. They told themselves they were alone in sentience, that no other will or mind rivaled their own. It was a lie—one they clung to with desperate conviction.
The world was never theirs alone. In the shadows walked the ancient and the hidden: vampires and werewolves, fae with laughter sharp as blades, children of gods born among mortals, even beings from distant stars who claimed dominion over human cities. These were the rulers of the unseen order, the architects of the societies mankind mistook as its own.
And still, humans called themselves the strongest. That arrogance was their downfall, the flaw that bound them to their ignorance. For in the great design of predators and prey, humanity was never the master. Humanity was the feast.

Summary
There’s an old phrase in Gotham: every Bat has a Cat.
Like most things whispered through Gotham’s smog, it’s only mostly untrue. Technically, the only Bat who ever really had a Cat was Batman himself—and even that’s been more of a tug-of-war than a love story. Though, not for lack of effort on Catwoman’s part. She’s tried everything: seduction, threats, borderline kidnapping. At one point, she swore she’d adopt all of Batman’s kids just to spite him. She’s teamed up with the Birds of Prey—where a few of the Bat-daughters moonlight—and once even tried to snatch up little Timothy Drake, back when he was still following the Bats around with a camera. It didn’t last long. Her first Stray had too big of a heart and was far too self sacrificing to not become the Robin Batman needed after Jason Todd's death.
And then there was that… incident with Nightwing. But Gotham doesn’t talk about that. Gotham forgets. Gotham represses.
Still, the saying sticks around, mostly as a joke. A rite of passage, the locals will wink: “Once the birds become Bats, they’ll find their Cat.” Like puberty, but with more rooftop flirting and potential felony charges.
It's all fun and folklore—until it isn’t.

Summary
Tim got used to it. The organized chaos. The chirping and cooing and occasional feathers in his coffee. The flock of doves following him around and nesting in his drawers. The murder of crows bringing him shiny trinkets and stealing his pens. It became his normal.
For over a year and some change, the Nest felt full. Lively. Predictable, even.
Until the day he came home from patrol, coffee in one hand, data chip in the other…
…and found a raven sitting on his desk.
Just—there. Like he owned the place.
Staring.
Silent.
Still.
Like a ghost.
And Tim—Tim just blinked and said, "Okay. That's new."

Summary
As a human, Tim had perfected the art of disappearing. Blending into the background, stepping into the spotlight only when necessary, and even then, always under someone else’s mask. But here, sitting in Danny’s lap with the King’s claws idly tracing patterns across his hips, his still heart hanging like a trophy around Danny’s neck, there was no mask. No shadows to hide in.
He was Tim Drake. High Consort to the Ghost King.
Claimed. Wanted. Seen.
And strangely, that truth didn’t sting.
It soothed wounds so old he’d almost forgotten they were there.

Summary
Tim Drake died.
It wasn’t a grand affair with the brutal weight of a crowbar and a nation holding its breath. It wasn’t a disappearance steeped in mystery, nor a martyr’s end in the midst of a world-ending event, surrounded by the roar of collapsing buildings and the flash of desperate heroism.
No. Tim’s death was smaller. Simpler. Quieter.
Tim Drake died alone. In a space too empty to echo his final breath. Somewhere off-grid, somewhere no tracker was pinged, no alert was triggered.
He died in a whisper, not a scream.
And that was what it took for him to start living.

Summary
"Yeah," Cassie said, stretching with a contented smile. "Nothing can go wrong today."
The room fell silent.
Bart's eyes widened in horror. Cissie inhaled sharply, as if Cassie had just personally doomed them all. Even Tim, who had been very pointedly trying not to ogle Kon, slowly turned to stare at her with pure disbelief.
"Cassie," Cissie whispered, clutching her blanket like a lifeline. "Why would you say that?"
And thats when the universe decided to punish them.

Ellie decides that she wants to see her Daddy, even if he is fifteen years younger and hasn't met her Papa yet.

Summary
He tried. He kept trying. He reached out, again and again, but no one was reaching back. No one noticed.
Until, eventually, he couldn't try anymore.
It was all as it should be.
Bruce had become a better father. A better man.
But not everything could change.
That, Tim thought, was why Bruce never called him his son.
Because at the end of the day, even if Tim considered him his father, he would never be Bruce’s son.

Summary
When the students of Amity Park take a week-long field trip to Gotham, the Batfamily expects the usual—panicked tourists, quick departures, and maybe a mugging or two. What they don’t expect is a group of teens who treat supervillain kidnappings like escape rooms, a teacher who is more worried about his students causing chaos than being in danger, and somehow becoming the city’s biggest mystery overnight.
The Batfamily scrambles to figure out who (or what) these kids are.
(They're not ready. No one is.)

Summary
“So, Master Diluc,” Kaeya drawled, his voice carrying over the quiet. “A rare sight to see you so relaxed. Isn’t it past your bedtime?”
Diluc glanced up, his hands pausing briefly as he wiped down the counter. “Someone has to make sure you don’t drink the place dry,” he replied, his tone as dry as the wine Kaeya favored. “Though I’m surprised you haven’t already started another bottle.”
Kaeya chuckled, the sound rich and teasing. “And here I thought you kept me around for my charm, not my thirst.” He stopped at the top of the stairs, leaning on the banister as he watched Diluc ascend. “Or is it both?”
