A jolt of electricity runs through your brain and down your spine. And you can feel as it does through Byleth too. Sharp, dangerous and altogether distantly familiar. Disjointed horror pools in your stomach as, briefly, his eyes flash green.
Then you blink - and that crackling energy fades to nothing.
You can’t speak, not even if you wanted to. Byleth’s here. And you, for a moment, as his eyes flashed green, you swear you heard Sothis murmur: ‘Interesting.’
