   Kyo wobbles on his feet; the battered pipe he'd been using as a makeshift weapon dangles loosely from his fingers. He looks over at Ren with a slanted flash of teeth.

    

   "How's that...for...scrappy..."

    

   The pipe clatters to the floor with Kyo's knees, and Ren's world screeches to a halt-
