    Varangantua is a terrible place. Forgotten by the Empire, the city is infested with crime and violence. The Enforcers have their hands full as they maintain a precarious balancing act between the gangs ruling the Undercity and the self-sufficient enclave Steel Heights, belonging to the Adeptus Mechanicus and of course the Golden Ones that stood above all misery in Piltover.

    The Adeptus Mechanicus solves their own crimes. But when Steel Heights' power gets cut, a few of their unfinished Cyborgs escape, free to roam the city. To keep face, Enforcers are asked to deactivate every single one they encounter.

    Unfortunately, Jinx as already befriended one of these Cyborgs. Unable to break her heart, Cait and Vi seek out someone the Adeptus won't touch: Jayce Talis, a Golden One from Piltover.
