Summary

The Commission is here to oversee and support the heroes of the world, aid them in their defence of civillains against the plans of the various villains that appear.
Now if only the hero team the Magical Mountaineers could finally eliminate the top villains that threaten the city of Hermiton and it's surrounding areas as they've been working towards over the past few years.
Even with the sudden apperance of a new villain named Blood Moon.
Even if she is much stronger than she should be for a new villain and seems to know so much about the Commission and it's heroes.
