I really like the Gangle/Jax dynamic here. It's not exactly healthy and probably won't be for a long time until Jax one day, maybe, becomes more emotionally tactful. (Which is true to canon, I feel).
I like the introspective prose + Jax knowingly being a jerk but trying not to be.

Adore this fic. I like the structure of one chapter being one day each. Gives more gravitas to the deadline of the resolution. And the slow burns be burning slowly for Katara and Zuko. Yay :)
