   Summary

   In 2018, the hockey world was desperate for the next great rivalry. They wanted another Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander.

   What they got was Luca Haas and Connor William.

   Luca Haas is the Swiss boy: disciplined, polite, and the safe bet at second overall. He plays by the rules.

   Connor William is the "Western European Monster": a chain-smoking, French-Vietnamese fashion heir who treats the NHL like a runway and plays hockey like it was a side quest. He was the first pick, and he made sure Luca knew exactly why.

   Luca hates him. He hates his arrogance, his Cartier necklaces, and the way he insults Luca’s "beige" personality.
