Gris had planned out a perfect day. It wasn't anything exciting nor adventurous but a day that would be peaceful and quiet. He wanted to take a little trip to the nearest city and replenish supplies at the headquarters. Some groceries, perhaps even sweets for the kids, he thought he might as well take a look around clothing shops if he had enough time or buy something just for himself.
He thought that nothing could possibly thwart his simple plans. That wishful thinking would turn out to be the first sign of his naivety that day.

But Zanka wanted to save the other as well. He preferred to put himself in danger if it meant that the older cleaner would come out of this uninjured. He owed him at least that much after everything Enjin did for him.

Yanqing slowly opened his constantly flooded by the rain eyes. His dazed gaze was shifting from one place to another, however he did not see anything but a blur of dark colours.
He wanted to stand up, to run and find shelter but he could not move - his body was too heavy. Every muscle screamed from pain, every limb ached, every move demanded more energy than he could afford.
Only when he saw the silhouette of his father he felt that an invisible weight has been lifted lifted from his shoulders. Only then he could feel the relief.
