The Charge of the King’s Crusade, by A. F. Dominic
One of the most famous - and last - works to be produced within the former Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, this poem is still taught to noble children all throughout United Fodlan. It describes the final charge led by Prince Dimitri Blaiddyd and his loyal knights at the Battle of Gronder in 1186, which marked the end of the Kingdom as a political entity. The author reportedly attended Garreg Mach with the Prince, but illness prevented her from attending the fateful battle. The original copy of this poem is kept at the Fhirdiad School of Sorcery, where she once taught.
