A smirk that tugs at a more primal part of your brain, one which makes you feel like you're in danger. Tav watches as he pulls a woman forward - a regular to this bar, he recalls - planting a light peck ever so meticulously placed on the end of her jaw that leads right to her ear.
He sees the man take her by the waist and enrapture her. He watches the woman do nothing but follow his lead, her dress catching onto the stool while he whisks her away. Tav watches as they leave the Blushing Mermaid. The woman is tipsy from the wine.
Tav never sees that woman again.
This must be Astarion.

A prominent actor recently posted in IAmA about his upcoming film, which contains numerous and egregious historical inaccuracies. I called him out on it, and he had no satisfactory answer to give me, but insisted I was “reading too much into it” and that “nobody cares about ancient history.” As a result, I wrote a very long blog post exposing the many issues with his film. This post has now had approximately 17 viewers and 2 likes on FaceBook. AITA for calling so much attention to his faults?
