The Outsider's cryptic message leads him to infiltrate Dunwall Tower, where he snoops around Hiram Burrow's office for clues on who the targets of the mysterious contract he has hired Daud for are.
This change leads him right into the path of one Emily Kaldwin, where he saves her life without meaning to. A small change is sometimes all it takes.
