    Instead of the elegant Peak Lord body he paid for, he’s stuck with his original face(with twitchy ears, and a fluffy tail). His plan to demand a refund and avoid the "human stick" ending goes sideways when he’s forced to befriend a young, prickly cat-hybrid Shen Qingqiu by giving gifts.

    Or: Shen Qingqiu drops dead spirit-lizards and (stolen) carrots outside Shen Yuan’s bedroom as accepting the courting.
