Grian wasn't crying because he was trapped, those tears had long since been shed. There was a far worse tragedy echoing in his ear, coming back hour by hour. Scar didn't love him. Scar didn't think he was good enough. Scar thought he belonged here.
Scar was… disappointed in him.
By the second month of rehabilitation, Grian decided to make some changes. He slowly stopped talking back to the tapes. Scar hadn’t given him a mouth. He wasn't supposed to speak.

Grian gets exiled and has to listen to his man's creepy therapy rambles. He goes mad, and Scar has to come to terms that the Grian he knew wont be coming back.

Cleo and Etho could tell that there was something wrong with Grian as soon as he joined The Roomies. He seemed off- his wings a mess, unable to stay focused, making simple mistakes that he normally wouldn't.
