Summary

WORLD HEROES MISSION SPOILERS!! BEWARE!!!
“I’m not the first person huh?” He asks Izuku. He’s not. Maybe Izuku’s first kiss, and even then they have yet to lock lips. Every time either of them had gotten close it was like they both had the same thought of not yet.
“No. There’s this girl in my class Ochako Uraraka. She’s an angel. Her will is so incredible, and she’s very cute. I had a massive crush on her.”
“What happened?” Rody asks. Izuku lets out a breath.
“Nothing. And I think that’s okay.” he smiles reassuringly at Rody as he opens mouth to protest. “Besides, I’m kinda hoping she’ll figure out that Iida is head over heels for her.”
“Iida?”
“Mm.” Man, Izuku misses Iida. And Uraraka, and Todoroki, and everyone. “He’s my other friend. Like my second best friend.”
Rody shifts closer, ripples of goosebumps prickle up on his skin. Izuku tosses an arm around Rody’s chest and pulls him close. He hears the other boy yawn.
“You have a lot of best friends.”
He does. “I do.”

The eight hour time difference is hard to keep up with. Even when their days overlap, Izuku is training or Rody is working. Phone calls are hard to come by, video chats even more rare. Texts are easy, but letters are nice. It’s more personal to write a letter.

Rody probably knew what that was, even if he hadn't had a cellphone before. Izuku knew he had some access to the internet! He was probably teasing him, the asshole. He shook his head.
