Ochako gets kidnapped and quirked. In order to satisfy the quirk, she has to have sex in the next five hours, or it will kill her. The kidnappers want to ransom her off to Deku, not murder her. That's how she ends up alone in a room with a strange man she most definitely does not want to have sex with.
