Summary
So maybe the interview with Nighteye had left Izuku a little... frustrated, but it was fine. It was fine! He'd gotten the internship in the end, and he'd dealt with a lot more discrimination than a rigged test. There was no point in being angry when it wouldn't change anything.
But after Izuku bumped into an unusually angry stranger on the walk back to UA, he decided he should talk to All Might. Just to ask why the man never told him about Togata being a potential successor, that's all! And why All Might never mentioned Nighteye didn't like him before sending him to the man's agency! Small things. Just some small things he wanted to discuss.
It's not long after that Izuku was realizing there were much bigger things he had sitting on his chest, and the newfound urge to acknowledge them began to take over.
He was angry.
Or, Izuku has been suppressing his anger since he was a child, when being upset only got him insults and scoldings. When he's unknowingly affected by an anger-amplifying Quirk on the walk home, however, he and those around him are forced to confront everything simmering within for years.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya prided himself on his ability to quickly analyze things—quirks, people, situations. And then he was thrown into a situation where he has to figure out all three.
Warped somewhere he didn't recognize during a rescue mission, Izuku decided his best bet to figuring out what happened would be finding a familiar face.
Until Eraserhead arrested him on sight.
Or, Izuku gets hit with a quirk that sends him to an alternate reality similar to his own. Except in this universe, "Deku" is the name of a villain.

Summary
Shota caught sight of Kaminari's face first. Hard, unrelenting, and cold. Exhausted. There wasn't a trace of his usual mischievous grin. For all the electricity the teen was expending, not a spark lived in his narrowed eyes as he pushed his quirk to unstable levels when he was ordered.
"Fire!" the HPSC representative commanded.
Electricity erupted from Kaminari's palms, fatally striking the dummy before him.
Like a soldier with a gun.
Or, Shota Aizawa was finally cleared to teach again after the battle at Jaku. On his first day back, however, he observed some concerning things in 1-A's behaviour that weren't there before the Hero Public Safety Commission took over the curriculum.

Summary
Naively, Mina always hoped she'd never see a dead body.
Thought she could avoid it, if she really tried.
She remembered what Kaminari had choked out in the woods, too horrifically shocked to think before speaking when he saw Midnight's body.
"I didn't know people had that much blood in them."
None of them knew how to make this feeling better, the despair and hopelessness at the situation. The guilt that was swallowing them. So they stayed in the hospital room, broken in the aftermath but broken together, at least.
Or, a scene of the aftermath of sending children into a war they weren't ready to fight. The loudest class goes quiet, picking up the pieces together after the Paranormal Liberation War.

All Might smiled softly, “As much as I admire your dedication, young Midoriya, this is hardly healthy, and, overall, not beneficial or sustainable in the long run. Either way, I can't let you stay here. Let’s get you to the dorms, and we'll see what we can do about your sleeping problem."

Shinsou Hitoshi had a bit of a problem, and that problem was that he’d gotten attached to Aizawa Shouta. And somewhere along the line had started seeing him as a parental figure, a replacement for all the foster home parents who’d passed him along and never quite done their job.
A kid who's been in foster care his entire life spends a normal, average day after training with the teacher who seems to care a little too much.
