Summary
Merely days after getting attacked by a sludge villain, Izuku Midoriya is kidnapped by the Yakuza for his quirklessness. When the repercussion of not doing what he’s told is a little girl getting experimented on and tortured, Midoriya decides the only option is to obey regardless of consequences.
One of these long-term consequences somehow became seeing his kidnapper as a father figure and not knowing how to make it stop. Overhaul’s constant praise certainly isn’t helping!!

Summary

So when underground hero- Eraserhead finds a wounded quirkless kid falling off a building, he has no way of knowing that it is the same villain he is after.

“Aww… I didn’t know the League of Villans had kids in this place.” One of the laughed moving to put his arm around Izuku’s neck. Izuku simply moved out of his reach and continued to the door. “That wasn’t very nice… and here I was trying to be nice.” The villain sighed.
“Yeah, squirt we just trying to have a good time and…” another villain reached for him as a third stood up to hold him in place.
“Put them in their place, child…” the TV across the room turned on causing ever villain to freeze. So Izuku followed orders, like the good child he was, earning himself another day off…he hoped
2 broken arms, a busted nose, and 3 bodies lie on the floor 20 seconds later. He bowed to the room, the TV clicking off, and he took his leave... -

Summary
Children grow up fearing the beast below the mattress or under the stairs, crouching in cramped closets and hiding in the dark alleys. They grow up believing their parents when they are told they can’t hurt you.
Because monsters aren't real, right?
Izuku is gifted with an odd quirk of sharp claws and glowing eyes- a target for cruel words and harsh phrases. Freak. Useless.
For years, he longed for his power to one day evolve and strengthen- no longer wanting to be considered the useless freak no matter where he stood. Wanting to be more than something people sneered or raised a brow at.
Only when his quirk suddenly bursts into something of pure horror, something more than the word freak, Izuku wishes he swallowed those words.
Four year old Izuku feared the beasts bellow his mattress. He feared the monsters his mother tried to say didn’t exist.
But as Izuku aged he soon found himself no longer afraid of what didn’t exist. But he feared what stared right back at him in the bathroom mirror.- Language:
