Summary
Ford’s shuddering to think what could happen if he doesn’t put a stop to this, or how deep Stan already is. Shoving his hands in his pockets he rounds the corner to walls covered in spray paint and grime, until he stops.
The man is pressed up against the wall, slacks unbuttoned. Stan is on his knees, hands on the front of those slacks, maintaining heavy eye contact with who's obviously a complete stranger.
Ford swallows dryly, lightheaded.
“Stanley?”

Summary
Standing with her hands on her hips, the graphing paper still in her right, she waited for a response, a verdict to what's clearly been a big pivot from her usual sense of style. "Well...?"
He has to say something... a misdirect like "Isn't that Ma's?" or "Where have you been?" would've broken the trance and moved them along for him to figure out what her aim is without bringing attention to the slack jawed way he gawked at his sister for who knows how long.
But Stanford knows he can't quell his actual curiosity nor deny himself giving Constance her own little pleasure that way.
So, he says what's actually sitting at his dry, dry tongue:
"What's with your get up?"

Summary
Ford really did want to sail off with Stanley. He thought he might get the chance, he thought they might truly have a happy ending. He hoped for it every night… up until he started showing.
The roundness of his stomach isn’t severe, but it feels grotesque, bulging, and overly warm. At first, he thought that he was gaining weight, finally recovering from the frantic hypervigilance of his life in the portal. He was happy— that’s what happens to people with loved ones, safety, and security, right? They gain weight. They balance out. They change.
But Ford wasn’t changing because he was happy for the first time in his life. He was growing.
Enough to push against the fabric of his sweater, enough that he can no longer ignore it in the mirror when he makes the mistake of glancing upwards as he brushes his teeth each morning. Enough that he has to accept it.
Bill Ciper’s spawn is developing inside of his body.

OR: Something terrible happened to Ford during Weirdmaggedon, and he can't think of any option except to give up. Stanley won't let him.

“What else are you and what else was I supposed to do?” Mob’s lips press into a thin smile, eyes crinkling in amusement that doesn’t match the words that fall from his lips, words that to Reigen’s shame pull a quiet whimper from him. “When my Shishou is off whoring himself to the highest bidder?”
“Ah,” his thoughts scramble at the feel of his nipple being pinched, Mob’s fingers rolling the dusky nub gently and Reigen tries—truly, he does, to swallow the moan that slips past his lips. But he can’t, not when Mob’s other hand presses between his clenched thighs and rubs against his clothed hole. “M-Mob!”
“How shameful,” Mob murmurs, warmth breath brushing against his ear and he can’t think past Mob’s touch. “You like this?”
Reigen tries to sell his virginity, much to Mob’s displeasure—but, Shishou can't sell his virginity if he doesn't have it anymore...right?

Reigen slings a casual arm around Mob’s shoulders, his fingers sifting delicately through Mob’s fine hair. He’s always so damn careful, he only ever gives Mob what he asks for and nothing else. Mob’s heart catches painfully in his chest. Reigen only ever gives him so little. And lately, all Mob wants is more, more, more.
Maybe tonight he'll finally get it.
