Percy knew he was in over his head even before a group of men, dressed like they were going to win an ancient Greek costume competition, stepped into the cave.

When Percy was knocked out on Polyphemus' Island while trying to save his friends, he had no idea that waking up in ancient Greece was an outcome he had to prepare for.
But here he was, sailing across an unknown sea with a very well known ancient hero, reenacting the Odyssey (of which he knew far to little) and trying not to die. Fun times.
Meeting the gods (who were wilder, younger and way more vengeful) while attempting to not mess up the future was just the top of the metaphorical iceberg.The only good thing? Dreaming about a rather cute boy who always made him smile...

Summary
Odysseus of Ithaca had always been different. Relying more on intelligence then strength, cunning over pure power, he had always stood out. But, he never realized how much he stood out until he left the safety of his kingdom to fight in the war.
Using his charms to get what he wanted was all well and good, but not if it gained some unwanted attention. After all, he never learnt how to tone it down and now, he's starting to realize that some people might take his actions as further than he ever intended. Add to that a mysterious God that had blessed him with a power that he never knew he had and he was in for the wildest ride of his life.
Oh dear...

Summary
So, Poseidon would admit he was lost.
Odysseus had tricked him. Again. Despite the way the man had been all but trapped in Poseidon’s domain, Athena’s precious ‘Warrior of the Mind’ had not yet run out of luck and Poseidon was suffering for it. The coward refused to extend proper mercy, didn’t stand like a hero, and now used trickery to run from an honorable death. False righteousness, not even finishing the job.
Yet Poseidon had chased him down, following him into the cave Odysseus’s ship had sailed into. Or, the cave he thought Odysseus’s ship had sailed into.
He wasn’t sure anymore. This was most certainly not Greece anymore.
AKA
EPIC: The Musical's Poseidon lands in the PJO verse and decides that if the local Poseidon is not going to raise his son, then he's going to do it. Percy is just happy to have a dad that wants to take him to drown ferries of tourists.

Un día eres Poseidón el único y verdadero gobernante del mar y al otro... sigues siendo Poseidón, pero ahora no eres el único y verdadero gobernante del mar. "Esta no es mi casa", el pensamiento resonó por su cabeza. Poseidón tenía un problema, estaba perdido, no reconocía el mar ¿Saben que tan jodido que es ser el Dios del mar y no reconocer el mar? Mucho.
- Todo esto es culpa de Atenea, no sé como pero es culpa de Atenea. - Gruñó Poseidón mostrando sus afilados dientes.
- ¿Una hija? Pero si yo soy Virgen. - Atenea no estaba convencida.
- ¡Genial yo también tengo hijos! - Gritó Ares
- ¡Mira, yo también! ¿nos armamos un equipo de fútbol y los ponemos a competir? - Rio Hermes al ver su cabaña repleta.
- ¡¿SE PUEDE SABER QUE ESTAN HACIENDO AQUÍ?! - Gritó un enojado Dionisio con una cocacola en la mano. - No me pagan lo suficiente para esto.
