“I already knew,” Thanos murmurs. Like really murmurs, soft and dismissive. Like it’s no big deal, nothing to raise an eyebrow about. The fact that he fucking knew.
“Really?” Nam-gyu prods, aching to see if saying this next thing will get him in any trouble. Even thinking of the words about to come out of his mouth has him wet. “You fuck a lot of boys like me?”
Or: Nam-gyu tests a few things. In doing so, he finds that Thanos is just a little bit desperate.

Nam-gyu blinks, his eyes travelling from Thanos’ open arms to his lax posture. Confusion frames his face perfectly, suits him just as well as those dumb glasses. “Are you fucking with me?”
Thanos considers it for a moment. “Do you want me to be?”
Or: Nam-gyu recently swapped his contacts for glasses and Thanos can’t stop staring at him. Those two things are totally not related.

“Look.” There’s a rough hand in Nam-gyu’s hair, forcing his head up, and he meets Thanos’ eyes in the mirror. That’s it. Nam-gyu is actually going to faint this time. He thinks so at least, until Thanos speaks again. “Gorgeous.”
Prior butchering aside, Nam-gyu never ever thought he’d find the pronunciation of an English word attractive. Until now, of course. He might have to start learning.
Or: Nam-gyu and Thanos sneak off once more, this time with a few promises to make good of.
