Summary
Minho slowly leaned back so that the Omega could easily slide into his lap. They always did this. Each and every night. And by now it was so familiar that, to Jisung, it almost felt like coming home. The Omega took a moment to let himself feel the muscular thighs underneath him, take in the familiar scent of the Alpha, realise that he was truly with Minho again.
It never felt quite real. Jisung’s voice, broke through the quiet once again. “Minho?”
“Yeah?” Minho’s response was immediate, laced with a tenderness he reserved for no one else.
“When this is all over” Jisung hesitated, his voice trembling but then he pressed on, his hand clutching Minho’s shirt as if it were his lifeline. “Can we stop running? Just for a little while. I… I just want to be with you. Only you.”
Minho exhaled shakily, his heart aching at the vulnerability in Jisung’s tone. “We will,” he whispered. He tilted his head, brushing his lips against Jisung’s temple in a fleeting kiss. “Wherever you want, however long you need. I’ll follow you anywhere, Jisung. I’ll give you everything.”
Jisung’s fingers tightened, his breath hitching as tears threatened to spill. “I don’t want everything. Just you,” he whispered, his voice cracking. “You’re all I’ve ever needed.”
