   Summary

   Sort of an AU, both in terms of Atomic Heart's story and real world history(?). After the miserable defeat of the Axis Powers at the hands of the Allied Powers, the Soviet Union decided that they needed a new way to maintain their status as a world power. Their idea? Adopt the German's unrealized concept of the Übermensch and create their own super soldier. The child is assigned robotic parents, who take maybe just a little too much of a liking to the lad...
