Summary
A shell-shocked Stiles regroups with the pack to find his father who has been kidnapped by the Darach. Their search leads them to the Nematon, where their confrontation with the Darach reveals her plans and that there is more to being a True Alpha than they know. Derek and his family's legacy is at the heart of her schemes and when the Darach has him under her control Stiles begins to realise the extent of how much he really cares for the sourwolf. In true Scooby-doo fashion, the villain has told them of her plans but more shockingly to Stiles she also reveals a very important aspect of his and Derek's relationship.

Melissa folded her arms and stared at Stiles, “I’m still having a hard time believing that Derek Hale, of all people, is your boyfriend now.”
“Yep! Derek’s my boyfriend! We’re totally rocking the whole relationship thing. I mean, we’re no Scott and Allison when it comes to PDA, but we’re both very affectionate behind closed doors. It’s kind of hilarious actually, because some people think that Derek doesn’t even like me when we’re in public, just because he growls or glares at me from time to time. But we’re just a misunderstood couple, y’know… Kind of like other star-crossed lovers out there. We’re basically this generation’s Romeo and… Miguel.”
Melissa was grinning so wide that her face almost hurt. Stiles had wildly overcompensated, and now she knew he was lying.
“If you and Derek are boyfriends, you won’t have a problem inviting him over for dinner then.”
Stiles malfunctioned for a full second before squawking like a dying bird, “Dinner?!”

“I know you don’t trust me,” Derek grunted. When Stiles inhaled to retort, Derek caught his chin and pressed a finger against his lips, making the boy freeze in place, eyes impossibly wide. “Don’t argue. I expected it. Wolves don’t trust easily, too. I just wanted you to know that… I’m sorry. I was selfish and didn’t see what was in front of me. You don’t need to worry. I’ll take care of everything.”
It was a thought that grew in his mind, spread to his heart and took root there, reincorporating into a deep desire and a vital need. Derek will take care of him and his little pup, he’ll bring the hearts of his enemies and put them at the boy’s feet. He’ll court and he’ll conquer.

“You’re delusional, Stiles. And you need sleep.”
“I am not delusional! And I don’t need sleep either! I just need to figure out how we’re going to save the Nemeton from dying! Deaton hasn’t got any ideas, and Lydia’s stumped too! Ha! Stumped! Get it? See! I’m fine! A tired person wouldn’t be able to use wit like tha-”
Stiles suddenly found himself yawning mid-sentence, and he’d officially decided that he’d never hated his own body more. But even more than that, he hated the smug expression on Derek’s face. And he immediately jumped to defend himself.
“That proves nothing! One yawn is an anomaly! Two yawns is a coincidence. And three yawns is a pattern. As long as I don’t yawn three times, we’re good!”
Derek flashed his red eyes and began advancing on Stiles.
___Or the one where through a series of events involving the Nemeton, Derek and Stiles learn that the world is a better place when they’re together and not apart.
