Summary
Eggman has managed to trap Sonic, and sends him into the timestream to get rid of him once and for all. Luckily, Sonic gets rescued by… Silver?! Together the two hedgehogs try to find a way to get Sonic back to the past… but that is not as easy as it seems, and the fact Sonic and Silver’s past two adventures haven’t left them exactly friends doesn’t help matters either. But Sonic wouldn’t be Sonic if he didn’t tackle this problem with a smile and compassion galore, both of which enthral Silver more than the psychic realises. How might their relationship develop further? And what will happen once Sonic is able to go back to his own era again?

Together with Tails and Blaze, Cream and Rouge, Silver and Knuckles, the Chaotix, and even Shadow, the speedster sets off to unveil this mystery and help rerail the party plans. Even if there seems to be more going on there than just Amy’s odd letters…

Summary
In the future, long after having passed away, Sonic has been immortalised through stories.
There’s not a single month or so that Silver doesn’t encounter a mention of Sonic in the cities he frequents, and often more than that. And he does have to admit that the contents of those myths and legends and tales and stories are mostly accurate. They speak of Sonic’s heroism, his kindness, his indomitable will and never-say-die attitude, and how he could turn any wrong situation right again.
What’s less accurate is that those are the only things the stories talk about.

Summary
“What happened to you,” slips past Silver’s lips without thinking at The Sight.
The Sight, of course, is made by Sonic. Sonic who’s entirely lost his blue colour, because endless clusters of flowers sit tangled together on every single millimeter of his body and leave all his quills obscured.
And sadly, Sonic has hay fever, and Silver has to brush every single one of those flowers off Sonic again.

Sonic's definitely a go-getter. He's also someone who just runs with any awkward situation he's found himself in. And he's someone who never does anything by half, on top. "I’m being serious," he thus says, putting the most mischievously seductive look he can muster on his face. "May I do something?"
Those golden eyes stare at him, flicking all over him, and Silver's ears twitch as if they can hear the way Sonic's heart hammers away in his chest... but surely they can then also hear the way it drops in relief at the curious "Sure?"
Sonic doesn't need to be told twice: with a wink he leans down and presses the lightest of kisses against a tan cheek.

“Are we in love?” the psychic pipes up.
Sonic produces a nose that could be either a startled laugh, a muffled wail, or a fond sigh. Possibly all three simultaneously. Grey-furred ears perk up in worry as Silver jolts his head up to stare, but something shines on Sonic’s face, that gives him pause. Slowly Sonic clears his throat, and his thumb runs over Silver’s muzzle. “I think so,” follows… calmly, the psychic thinks. “I think I am with you.”

With his grin carefully contained as to not make Silver suspicious the speedster makes a grand gesture with his free hand. “Not to worry! I know the perfect place to get a full meal, plus dessert on top. And with sweet tomatoes: lots of them, if you like them so much.”
“Oh,” Silver hums.
And promptly teasing sparks of cyan make the speedster’s nose flick.
“Hey!” Sonic protests, hand shooting up to grab his poor abused schnoz as he stares at Silver. “What’s that for?”
Silver grins back at him, a glowing finger prodding at Sonic’s nose anew. “Sonic, listen,” the psychic chuckles… and, where Sonic had been elaborately leaning to the side to escape the sneeze-inducing sensation, Silver’s next words make him crash into a full halt immediately. “I appreciate that you’re worried about what I’m eating, but I’m fine. I’m eating lots of healthy stuff these days,” his friend smiles, warmly and with zero hints he understands just why Sonic’s asking things in the way he is.
Sonic can’t help but blink owlishly in turn.

“Twenty,” the frank response comes. “But you are not twenty-one.”

Every picture gets scrutinised just as closely as Espio was, the hedgehog humming the more come by. All Silver-less… “Huh. You’re right, I don’t,” the other eventually concludes. “Strange.
