Hands down a favorite, even if the author is adamant about dumping more trauma in your lap, you thank them for it. Especially when they do more than just dump it there, they go "you know what, I'm going to have all of my characters confront and overcome their trauma in a realistic manner, deal with it"

Summary
Jason's been stuck on this drug case for a whole month and he's got nothing. That is, until his tiny, anxious ex-neighbor shows up at his safehouse with a backpack full of evidence saying that the entire drug operation is being run by his parents.
