Summary
Peter loves his job as a tattoo artist. He owns, in his own humble opinion, the best shop in Beacon Hills. Not that there's much competition, but still. His only real competition is an artist from Bandit Tattoos. The shop is owned by an obnoxious man named Harris, who isn't even an artist. He'd just bought the shop when the previous owner was desperate and sold it to him for cheap. No, the only person is Beacon Hills that is close to Peter's skill is one of Harris' artists, a mouthy little shit named Stiles. Stiles had apprenticed under Bandit's former owner and is one of the most natural talents Peter has ever seen. His portrait work is incredible, as are his watercolors and new school (an area Peter hates to say isn't his strong suit). Peter takes solace in the fact that Stiles' Japanese and old school work isn't as good as Peter's though. He's not petty, not at all.
Or
Peter and Stiles are tattoo artists from rival shops.

Summary
The Craigslist ad had been because Peter had been wonderfully, spectacularly drunk. Reservations for the Palm are hard to get, even for someone like Peter, and he's had his name down for eight months. He refuses to waste it. If he hadn't been trashed on expensive pinot noir, he would have considered maybe inviting his best friend, Chris, or taking out a niece or nephew. But no, he'd been three sheets to the wind and decided that he needed to share his Valentine's Day dinner reservations with a random stranger.
Or
Peter refuses to let good dinner reservations go to waste just because his (ex)girlfriend cheated on him. He drunkenly makes a Craigslist ad to find a date, and Stiles answers.

Summary
"You can't be a werewolf and a witch!" Stiles says.
"Why not?" Peter asks. He looks entirely too amused.
"They're conflicting magics!" Stiles says. "It's impossible!"
"And yet, here we are," Peter says.
And...well, yeah. In the face of overwhelming evidence, Stiles' worldview is going to have to shift a bit. Werewolves can do magic, okay. Stiles also can do magic. Slightly more mind-boggling, but okay, he did levitate a cat after all. Said cat then led him through the woods to a magic werewolf's house. God.
Or
Based on Mysenia's prompt where Stiles' familiar tries to find creative ways to introduce him to his magic.
