Vic (deceased) and TDL are cousins.
TSC and TCO are biological brothers. After TCO’s birth, the family sent him to the ancestral mansion to be raised as the heir. Their parents’ marriage collapsed due to conflicting educational philosophies.
TSC was taken by their mother to live with their grandmother, growing up with the Color Gang as childhood friends. He didn’t learn of his older brother until nearly adulthood.

TSC has been asking for study sessions to his older brother, Victim. Even if he doesn’t need them, he'll keep on bothering the Victim to hang out.
At some point the Victim will get tired of this and ask for some sort of payment.
