“You’re washing dishes.” Came a voice from behind him.
Hunter didn’t understand why she was against him helping out.
“That I am.” He responds.
He heard the person’s footsteps drag closer to him, though he did not slow his scrubbing motion. Luz leans on the sink beside him.
“It’s 2am.” She says.

The Lightners, having been swept into battle, send out Spamton to find Tenna instead. Only, Spamton still wants nothing to do with him after their first reencounter, and Tenna, with his senses heavily damaged, recognizes Spamton as someone he's not—Susie. Spamton decides to run with it. Bad things happen from there.
