Summary
Vincent's finger traced the edge of the first gill. The skin there was different, softer, almost silky, with a faint ridge of cartilage at the edges. The slit itself was maybe three inches long, and as his finger followed its curve, he felt it react. The gill fluttered, opened slightly, and Vincent hissed.
Not from horror, but from sensation.
Alone on one of his very first nights in Hell, Vincent takes stock of what his body has become.

Summary
Vox has been staying at the hotel ever since he was kicked out of his own company and Charlie has been trying her best to make him feel welcome. Maybe a little too much.
A little after Vaggie and Charlie broke up, Charlie started having sleeping problems. The problem is she didn't know she had some sort of sleepwalking problem. And that her sleepwalking was leading her straight to Vox's room.
