Summary
After getting kidnapped and nursed back to health by a human, Mobei-jun has come to the unfortunate conclusion he has been conned into a marriage. In the human's defense, he did repeatedly ask for his consent or what Mobei-jun is willing to presume was a request for consent. Oddly courteous behavior for a bridenapping.
"A beverage was shared, along with hair combing prior? This mentor is loathe to confirm, but it does sound as if that human is now your wife."
"Wife." Mobei-jun presumed the human preferred him to be the wife from the near constant feminine pronouns he kept using in reference to this prince. "Not husband."
The old man shook his head. "Humans prefer their wives to be servile and submissive. They are a peculiar sort."

Mobei Jun freezes when Shang Qingua’s words finally sink in.

Shang Qinghua gives himself three beats before pushing off Mobei Jun and daring to look at him. Funny how the words just spilled out of his mouth so easily and so naturally.
Because it is nothing short of a fact, Shang Qinghua loves Mobei Jun above anyone and anything, and in that lies the truth behind who he really is.
So he takes a deep breath and utters the rest of his confession, the final nail in the coffin of the best thing that has ever happened to him, “I created this world, my king.”
