Summary
Dick and Jason pad away to their room, leaving Tim alone on the couch. They are quiet as they brush their teeth in their en suite. On his side of the bed, Jason smoothly pulls his shirt over his head, dropping it on the floor, and slides under the covers. Dick crawls in next to him. He’s warm.
“I think Tim’s jealous,” he sighs, throwing an arm over Jason’s middle and settling in close. Instinctively, Jason’s arm goes around him, calloused fingers skimming down his back.
“Jealous,” Jason snorts. “Of what?”
“Us.” Jason flashes him a skeptical look. “I’m serious, Jay. Ever since that thing with Bernard didn’t work out… I dunno.”
“Well, what are we supposed to do about it?” Dick doesn’t have an answer. Jason sighs and rolls over, his body blanketing Dick’s. “Timmy’s a big boy, he can figure his own shit out. He doesn’t need his brothers meddling in his life.”

Summary
As usual summer before third year is really hard…
After an unfortunate incident with Aunt Marge, Harry finds himself staying with Snape and his live-in boyfriend of 12 years.
Only, Snape is just as awful as ever and his boyfriend is really cool and nice and makes Harry feel important… but as time goes on, it’s clear that all is not as it seems. Because Snape is actually… well, he’s not a decent guy, but he does care about protecting children from abuse, apparently.
But his boyfriend… It turns out that not all guys who seem good end up being good in the end. As he watches his professor’s relationship dissolve he can’t help feeling like an awful person for being an active participant in it.
It never once crosses his mind that Harry was being groomed and abused in a grossly different way than he was used to.

Not only do old secrets get revealed, but Professor Snape’s boyfriend takes advantage of Harry while he’s staying there for the summer leading to shifts in perspective and possibly… healing?

Tim was used to the cold. Truly. He’d lived in Gotham his whole life–all 12 years of it–and his parents often lowered the heat when they were gone on business trips in the winter. He was used to being cold.
It’s just that this cold was different. There had been a snowstorm raging outside for the past 3 days, causing the power to go out earlier in the day, which meant no heat. Now it was nearing 8pm and Tim was cold.
It was the type of cold that seeped into your bones and made you forget what it was like to feel warmth. This cold spread across Tim’s skin and grew its roots into his bloodstream like a weed.

The power in Drake manor gets shut off due to a blizzard. Good thing his next-door neighbor is Batman, who is always prepared for anything.
