    One mistake is all it took to force Jason back into the wonderful world of the Wayne family. Now publicly and legally alive once more, he's forced to spend the next two weeks of his life stuck in the Manor with the whole family.
    This leads to several strengthened relationships and the realization that maybe he's missed a few things over the years.
    Things that he's now determined to get to the bottom of.

    “Dick,” Bruce starts. His hair is messier than what Dick has seen in a long time, he doesn’t look like he’s changed out of his morning clothes, and the look in his eyes is almost frantic. “This… this is Damian.”

    Dick blinks at the baby, an actual infant, in Bruce’s arms. He can’t be over a year old, and yet his gaze seems to pierce Dick with its intensity.

    Damian is barely a year old when Talia drops him off on Bruce's doorstep. The way he squirms his way to the hearts of his family surprises everyone.

    “The circus?” Bruce asks. 
    “Yeah, the Haly’s Circus! It’s in town. Can we go?” 
    “Could be fun,” Tim says. He’s looking at the ad from an odd angle. “I’ve heard of them. It’s not Cirque du Soleil but apparently, they have a pretty solid act. Their trapeze artists are amazing.” 
    “See? Tim wants to go, too. You can’t say no,” Jason says. “Please, B?” 
    “Yeah, okay. Sure. See if they have seats on Saturday,” Bruce replies.

    A very - very -  pregnant Talia who looks seconds away from not being so very pregnant. The woman is breathing heavily and is clearly in pain based on her sweat-covered face, but her expression speaks only of determination. 

    “You are a paramedic now, right?” Dick’s unable to compute her words until she snaps: “Right?” 

    “I… Yeah, I am, but…” 

    “Good.”

    Or, Dick delivers Damian, is shot by Jason, and takes Tim to the Manor in the back of an ambulance. And somehow ends up with three brothers.

    “I was… so...” Blood loss is not fun, Dick decides. “...wrong.”

    It always feels a bit off when it's the other way around.
