   Summary

   An alternative universe that carries the background of the ongoing conflict between earthians and spacians. Where earthians are humans who live on earth who are oppressed and looked down upon by spacians. While spacians are humans who live outside the earth, humans who are considered superior and have a better fate than earthians.

   Hikawa Sayo, an earthian who lives in difficult times together with her twin sister and friends. Standing for social justice and proper human rights that already being forsaken for hundred years ago since the conflict between Earthian and Spacian happened.

   Earthian who giving rebel against the Spacian's military are stamped as 'Outlaws' and recorded in the list of targets that will always monitored by Spacian's.
