Summary
As most things go in Konoha, someone gets a smart idea and everything goes to hell.
OR, the story of how Hatake Kakashi raises Naruto to be the single most fearsome gardener/farmer/ninja that ever lived while fixing himself and the village along the way, and also somehow gets himself adopted by half the clan heads and their respective children.
OR, entirely self indulgant fluff and cute family shit with a somewhat tangible plot.
Ft – No Uchiha Massacre, No Danzou (Fuck him although he does appear at the beginning for like... 2 sentences or 4), Good Uchiha Family/Clan, Nobody dies (unless they deserve it), Everybody lives (unless they don’t), Jiriya needs someone to look in his head (it’s empty), Slice of Life, some Angst. Kakashi is the village bicycle, but everyone’s too scared off him to say it to his face, but trust him, he knows. Naruto is an absolute angel. Kakashi puts everyone's heads on straight and the world is better for it. Also, Obito is somewhat good. But it takes a while.

Summary
A grieving Kakashi Hatake adopts Naruto and steps into fatherhood despite being a child himself. He's soon to learn that being a parent is not easy, especially when the child you adopted is your dead mentor's son and said child is the host of the nine-tailed fox. The Hidden Leaf Village is shaken up when dead bodies start appearing and what seemed liked an isolated incident proved to be part of a much larger play. The Akatsuki have made their move, Konoha must make theirs, and at the centre of it all is the Uchiha clan.
A Naruto rewrite where characters are three-dimensional and allowed to grow. Obito Uchiha survived the bridge incident and Itachi does not commit mass murder at 13 years old, however that does not mean that all is well in the Uchiha district and nothing sinister is at play. A version of what could have been and should have been in the world of Naruto.
