Satoru Gojo dies in Shinjuku at twenty-nine years old—and he harbors regrets, despite everything. Inexplicably, he wakes up eleven years in the past, having been given the chance to do better. This time, he makes a promise to himself: I’ll save you, Suguru. Whatever it takes.

"…You know, I just noticed—you call Gojo-sensei by his given name. How do you know him?" Yuuji inquires. Geto glances back at him, pondering the question. Then, with fondness clear in his gaze, he replies, "We were in the same year as students at Jujutsu Tech. And Satoru, he's… well, I've known him for over a decade."
"Really?" Kugisaki looks at Geto consideringly. "Was he this weird when you met him?"
He snorts. "Weird is certainly one way to describe him."
Geto meets two out of the three first years for the first time, and aids them in the Detention Center mission.

Suguru is well aware of how little it takes to excite Satoru. An unforeseen side effect of suspending himself in almost perpetual sensory deprivation. He had been anticipating this, but he still somehow thought they would at least make it back to the hotel.
“We’re in public,” he argues. “What if someone sees us?”
"Then we should make sure they thank us for the show."

Of course, Satoru isn’t satisfied with just that. He wants to hear Suguru cry, scream, whatever. As long as he’s more vocal. Less talk, more fucking. He wants to hear him sob, he wants to lick the tears that fall down his cheeks.
He wants to pull out and watch his own come drip between Suguru’s cheeks and spill out onto the bed sheets, only for him to plug the hole with a toy. After all, Suguru wants a baby, how could they waste any of it?
