A world where All For One attempted to kill All Might using the combined might of an unknowable number of heteromorphic Quirks.
A world where their climactic battle left the foundations of Japan cracked and broken, where the seeds of discrimination and prejudice were planted and nurtured by those with ambitions of power and control.
With the Hero Public Safety Commission pushing an agenda that drives those with heteromorph traits to the fringes of society, several promising students are denied opportunity not based on their skills, but because of their looks.
If they won't be allowed to become heroes the legal way, then they'll just have to take the law into their own hands.
If trying to be Vigilantes gets them labeled as Villains, then they'll just have to prove society that not all so-called villains are evil.
And if society will not accept that they deserve Equality and Justice, then they will bring society to its knees.
