Summary
While researching for his dissertation, Pike noticed a few oddities about George Kirk's son, but it wasn't until after he was assigned to collect the survivors from Tarsus IV that he realized exactly how odd James T. Kirk really was. (That's not going to stop him from accidentally adopting the kid.)
