There was a ghost in Gotham. Jason didn't know why but a new hero was muscling in on his turf. Sure he kept saving kids and managing to avoid interacting with Hood at every turn but he was going to catch up to him and give him the 'get off my turf' chat as soon as he could catch him.
Danny and team Phantom had gotten more advanced at this ghost hero thing since they started when he was 14. Now the GIW was closing in on his team. What is a ghost boy to do when a big government organization gets smart and starts to hire outside help? The GIW are closing in now. They start taking kids from around Amity with the help of his parents latest invention. He has to help them and save himself.
