Aglaea could already feel her temple starting to throb, she had proposed a vacation to help her main employees bond.
She’s starting to think it was a bad idea.“Well I think it’s a great idea Aglaea!!” Phainon, who had been relatively quiet in comparison to his usual antics, finally perked up.
A simultaneous agreement comes from both Hyacine and Castorice, “I think it would be good for us!” and a quieter, “I like the idea as well”.
“Then it’s settled - I’ll have the information regarding flights and rooming emailed to you in the next - 20 minutes I expect.” She taps her foot as she finishes, standing up and dismissing the meeting.
Aglaea wanted to go home.

Which would be much, much easier if Phainon wasn't so damn easy to fall for.

Phainon gapes at him, astonished. Mydei thinks his expression just now is worth a million balance coins. “Huh—What? Wait... What?”
The story of a certain Eternal Recurrence in which Mydei, the infamous and troubled Kremnoan prince, meets Phainon, an Okheman emissary sent to broker peace talks between the holy city and the warrior prince's detachment.
