  Now stuck in a circus themed video game, TV Guy must discover what is keeping him trapped in this digital world.

  Well, that isn’t exactly accurate, it’s probably just the drugs. Right?

  This is just some big hallucination his chemically addled mind is putting him through, might as well enjoy the adventures.
  Lets just ignore all the phantom pain, time dilation, and insistence of the figments of his imagination claiming everything is real.
