Summary
In 1920’s New York City, Spinel is part of the Diamond Family mafia and feels she needs a spark in her dull life of killing others, smoking cigarettes and drinking illegal booze. Penelope (Pink Pearl) is a dancer but is more a puppet on strings. She wants to break free from her shackles and decide things for herself.
