    The group is in Oerba, right before their trip to Eden. Fang and Lightning spend the night together, sharing everything they're unable to say out loud.

    Fang's lips lingered right beside the woman’s ear as she whispered. “Stay with me tonight.” It was a request, but had a slightly demanding undertone to it.

    Lightning's eyes closed and her breath hitched in her throat in the few short seconds it took for her to answer. Once her mind caught up with what her body was telling her to do, she nodded shyly. “Okay.”
